Just some thoughts that might help you....
Let's see, you bought a surplus coolant pump, it failed and you are certain its failure is caused by the C11 I/O board? Are you sure that the pump (being wet) didn't short circuit and cause the C11 failure? How did you verify that the C11s failure caused the pump to fail? How did you determine that the pump didn't fail which in turn caused the C11 to fail? Do you have fuses on your high powered devices? Did you have a fuse between your coolant pump and the C11 board to protect it from short circuits?
If I were in your shoes, I would spend a lot of time going over that machine checking everything electrical - especially the high voltage stuff. For something so critical to your business, you shouldn't be short changing yourself by not looking into the problems properly.
