Can only conclude that in the first program the path is for a full circle with the start and end points being the same and doesn't nominate the centre point so BCC treats these (Start/Finish) as the centre of the circle.
The second program has each arcs (less than 180deg.) end points and the angles are which are positive figures so there is no doubts of the centre. |
