Melissa, Indiana isnt that where Zimmer is? maybe you can get one of their through backs, or as we say it(a person whom after talking to them you can figure out that they must be 145 years old) Indiana pays much better then what you are offering for that position, you should call them back and revamp the deal if you want to ever fill that position.
