Sure you have already tried this?
If so go to parameter mode I cant remeber if it is WORD or LONG WORD I think it's parmeter 72 the # set there is your max spindle speed for the machine spindle. I can be sure when I get to the office in the morning. if this dosent work I'll look it up to be sure.
