can anyone advise on the spindle brake on my BP series 2.
I got the machine with the brake disassembled with the advice that it wasn't
working.a local electrical workshop tested it and found it to be working.
I put a meter to the 2 wires that connect to the brake and found a constant voltage with the spindle on and off surely this cant be. the brake is made by Matrix who I do machining for so I can get a new one but there's not much point if the old one is working. anyone had the same problem.
