I'm not 100% sure about all the different settings when I am applying the tool paths to these. tell me if the tools, plunge rate, cut depth, spindel RPM, feed rates are about right. If I am off on these settings let me know. I can sent the v carve file also so you can adjust the feed rates and such.
I will learn more once I have my machine here and I can see what it does in real life. now I am just running simulations. |
