lol....There are plenty of times I think my wife would like something like that for me!
The head itself could be carved fairly easily, the problem is the knife holes. I just don't think they'd look the same if they were'nt at angles......would cerrtainly make an interesting present for some people though!
I suppose you could make the head, glue it up, cut it at angles with a bandsaw, route in the holes manually, and glue it back together. I'd guess thats what the creator of this one did.
Do you own Silo? If you do, and you just want a random head model to try it with, there are some good ones posted on the forums that people might share with you if you let them know what its for. I don't have any for you myself I'm afraid.

It might actually be a bit easier to make because all the knives are going the same direction and its small enough to be carved in just two halves.
