Default Adding 3D print ability to 3 axis milling router

Hi everybody. I know there is already topics like this, I have been reading them all and find them very confusing.
I will start from the questioning basic thing, and then advanced to the more complicated thing. I know there is other user who will find this approach useful.
    First thing firs:

How to drive system with Mach3?
    How to drive fillament feed?
