Well... It depends on a bunch of stuff. Whether you are upgrading from a previous version, or what features you want. CAD, 2D milling, 3D milling, 3D milling professional, lathe, BobArt, simulation levels, etc...
BTW, new users of v22 will most definitely find their training CD worth the investment.
I doubt anyone is going to be able to say "I got my copy with A,B and C for X dollars." implying that you will get the same deal. BobCad runs promotions and package deals of varying descriptions all of the time. In the end, you'll just have to call them and see what's right for you.
