What version of Mastercam ?
In older versions (9 & earlier) you would want to merge the 2 files and keep the geometry on separate levels and compare manually...
In newer versions (X & later I think...) there is a feature called "change recognition". It does exactly what you are looking for and more... It actually helps you update existing toolpaths for the revised part, etc... |
