Thank you Ger.The outer rectangle delineates the drawer edges, the inner traces are the desired path of the 1/16" wide boxwood strings. The string cross sections are 1/16" by 1/16" so the channels will end up about .060" deep slightly less than 1/16" to allow for sanding .
Incidentally I got the 1/16" cutters which were on sale at MLCS as you suggested in an earlier post .Thank you for your help and all the best for the new year.....mike hide |
