Ok, I repect the fact that it's not high on the list, but not everyone has 4'x8' routers, and most smaller (ganty style) routers are not limited to material size in one of the x-y axis'. It might be a nice selling point...
Another way I would use this feature is to have similar style accents (corners, flourishes, ect) in the same file, then just pick the area I want to cut out, set the origin, then generate the g-code.
