Well I suggest you go look over in the emastercam forum there are tons of examples on the FTP and one of the best ways to program in Mastercam and a Horizontal machine IMHO. I have seen in done different ways and this way is the simplest, fastest, and best way to make accurate multiaixs parts on these type of machines. Another advantage to this method is the use of a pre-setter and if you get the right one that will communicate with the machine then you can save tons of time when loading and unloading tools. |
