If you envisage running your motors at less than 500 RPM wire them series; over 500 RPM wire them parallel.
Wiring series will give you more torque at lower speeds were parallel will give more torque at higher speeds.
I think you will be able to download a torque curve chart for your steppers from their website which should show the differences in wiring methods. |
