Something like this. I found this in Alexander Slocum's machine design paper last night. I wanted to use a router to cut the slots to eliminate sharp corners in the slot that might weaken it. Not sure if it would make a difference, though. I could make a jig to cut it on the table saw very quickly, though. Then maybe use a small file to put the radius in the cut? That's probably the quickest way. Tables saw and 1/8" file.
