Hello all,
I just got a pair of Thomson slides model 2DB08. They came with servo motors and glass encoders. I'm new to all of this and especially to servo motors. If you recognize the pics below, can you give me any hints on how to use it or the brand/model? I believe it's a Superior Electric but can't be sure.
The top picture is the PCB assembly with the coils and other small components. The bottom pic is the entire motor along with the encoder mounted at the end of the slide.
