power suplly 49v dc,200ipm travel speed,only change i made is transistor stabilisator after the 49volt power suplly to reduce it to 25 volt for 7805 3pin regulator for board logic.choper works great only litle heating on fets(off course with heat sink,3cm by 4cm 3mm alluminium plate for each fet).fet irf 640 work great, total gate charge:55nc,gate sourse 10nc,gate drain 21nc.
irf 540:total gate charge 72nc gate source 11nc,gate drain 32nc so irf640 need less current to turn it on,but you MUST use hct series ic's and not wire wound resistors for current sensing(0,1-0,2 ohm) |
