Armis I tried opening the pdf in my 3d cad (Rhino) and it said unknown op.
Do you have these in a cad system? I don't know about everyone else, but I personally hate anything pdf! The only way I could quote on these would be to do a screen shot, import that into Rhino and then have to model each one individually. I promise you that you don't want people having to re-model or re-draft what you have already done.
To reinforce what has already been said......all the sharpe inside corners are going to make this a very expensive process, and quite honestly will keep people from bidding.
With the current rfq the only way I could bid on it would be a per hr price because I don't know how long it is going to take to re-draw everything.
