That is very strange, I have never heard of that before. All I can suggest is that you try uninstalling it and do a fresh install, make sure you have nothing else open during install. You could try to do a shutdown and restart before running it for the first time. Other than that I will look into the possible cause for you. This is the first ever time this problem has surfaced so I'm sure there is a simple problem. If it still happens after a re-install I will send you a fresh install version tried and tested on our XP systems.
