I did find one thing, the other end says Average Feed Rate 28.9098
& it is correct at 38 seconds.
the above says 0.2831, seems most all the programs that the cycle time is right have Average Feed Rates of 26.... to 29....
All those that come out way to long have a verysmall number in the AFR.
I run these jobs all the time so I know the run fine. this is weird. |
