You can probably get a new trial of MeshCAM Art by emailing Robert at
www.meshcam.com You'd use an illustration package to import the picture into MeshCAM Art, and then manipulate it to what you want. I'm not sure if it would work for you, though, as it's not designed to do the multiple pieces you need.
I don't think there is any package to simplify what you want. You'll need considerable skill in whatever package you choose to use.
