This may sound dumb to you but try replacing the fuses for your spindle amplifier. I had a similar problem on a First MCV-2000 even though I had tested all the fuses 2X and had an electrition come in and he tested them, they seemed fine. Replaced the right fuse and the problem was solved. Even tested the fuse after taking it out of the machine and it showed continuity. Go figure. Nothing to lose, everything to gain. Good luck. |
