Interesting.
Looks like the 1034 will be serious competion for the Tormach PCNC1100, all be it at a USD 900 premium. 9" of Z travel looks a bit short, strangely it doesn't say what the maximum table to spindle distance is, or the spindle to column distance. No mention of the maximum rapids either.
