if you get that high rpm with gear, you may lost low rpm power. also I feel you only need small cutter for that high rpm, so why not a seperate spindle fixed to somewhere on the headbox?
Moreover, has anyone thought about brushless servos, provided they cost just 20% more than the stepper solution. |
