I am betting that the y axis trip dog is stuck engaged. There are two switches in one housing, one is the y axis + - overtravel and the other is the trip dog. The machine only looks at the trip dog while homing, so it is possible that it stuck down the last time you homed, and now it homed in the middle of the table.
non flashing limit errors are software limits, not hardware[switch]
take the switch housing off, it is on the right, currently hidden by the x axis motor, and clean out the plungers so they actuate smoothly. |
