Hey! My first post.

I got a problem with dust collection. I have a shroud attached to my router that has 1-1/2" brushes attached. For most of my work they leave a quarter inch gap, or so, between themselves and the work, which is generally 5/8" MDF. A lot of the dust is collected but on some cuts I get a nice rooster tail of chips and dust that scoot through that gap and into the air and onto the floor (Mmmm. MDF dust!)

The shroud height isn't adjustable otherwise the solution would be obvious. I've Googled around but it seems like 1-1/2" height for brushes is kind of standard. Anybody know a source for longer shroud brushes?
