George I set my gantry machine up to match my cad program. On my machine while facing the machine the x axis moves from l-r and carries the z axis. My home position is lower left corner with z axis up to the limit.
Have you tuned your motors yet? If not this is necessary to get the best performance from them and the only way to tell if they will do what you need or not. If you have not tuned them email me at
