Look. I probably could have responded to your post a little lighter and I didn't mean to indirectly say that you're an idiot. You had an original question that you feel wasn't answered properly. Fair enough. My technical people should have spent more time with you. I don't know the exact circumstances but I can say that we do our best to assist the customers that we have and the base grows daily. If, in the future, you have a question we will do our very best to assist you toward what it is that you need help in. And I'm sure you have more important things to do than this. I know I do.
