This ia a Common Mistake in the Machining world. It can apply in two ways:
1) Your asking for the correct Feeds and Speeds for a Material on a Machine.
2) Your asking what the "F" Designation in a G-Code Program means.
Your question was a common misunderstanding. Stop and think about it in a few months when your actually using the software to make parts.
No reason to get bent out of shape, just try to understand that people when asked a question form an idea about what your asking. The rep at BCC should have tried to pinpoint what you were really asking, but at the same time you didn't even consider that he misread what you were asking.
