i have a part that i need to make for a hobby and i would like to do it on my new cnc (emco5) BUT i can not get it to do what i need it to so i thought after i have spent the last 9 hours working on this ( i can run it on a manual lathe in 10 minutes
) i would turn here and see if i can get a little help.
the part is .375 dia and i need to face then turn a dia to .2505.thats it but i need to make 4 of them so i would like it to be able to start in the same spot each time.i have been drawing it in autocad and trying to progam it in mastercam9 all day.i was wanting to know if someone had sometime if they could draw it and set the tool path i will post it here or if you have a good post for the emco5 thats great too.just looking to see what im doing wrong
