The motion card model you have is a Ethernet version of their motion card and having two networks on the same PC may be conflicting. The CNC doesn't normally use or interfere with PC network connections at all, unless you wrote custom
VB or C++ code through our CamSoft.DLL (API). Therefor this is something you want to call us about. Whomever you speak with in the tech department let them know you have two network connections.
