I think you should advertise in New England. Offer good salary , pay relocation etc.
Programmers I know of make 50-60K.Don't know details of the job you want to fill.
In here we have quite a pool of skilled people, who just don't know there are good jobs out there. With cost of living around here, some guys could consider moving.I don't know the cost of living in Oklahoma,but I think Connecticut is more expensive. |
