The
Christmas designs that Paul N has so kindly supplied can only be opened and cut using the Full Release version of VCarve Pro which is version 3.102.
My guess is that you might be running the Trial version which is slightly older - 3.0?
Looking back at the announcements made on the Forum about the different product releases dates,
Version 3.0 was released on the 30th June
