Today we did several tests on the cutting performace of our Super X3.
Here's what we did:
3200 rpm
Used, 1/2 life left, HSS 3/8" EM 2 flute
6061 - T6 Aluminum
.150" deep cuts
22 ipm
Dry cutting
Pocketing
I have some video I will be posting.
Have to say.... I was quite impressed with the performance.
