So I guess your talking about KeyCreator with the NC option. Sorry can't help. We use Surfcam with KeyCreator. Do you have a legitimate copy? If you do, have you tried calling a dealer or posting on KeyCreator's Webforum? There a very few users of the NC software out there from what I hear. You may find one at cadchat.com or eng-tip.com, but both of those sites have seen little Cadkey related activity this year. The problem you're having is program specific, so find another user or dealer is your only option I'm afraid. Even in Surfcam, engraving text can be a little tricky if you're not aware of a few changes that need to be made to the peramiters. |
