If I may step in here for a moment. Many years ago, we hired technical support reps that didn't have any experience at all. Looking back at this I can't believe that happened. We relieved ourselves of the concept that "computer" experienced people would be alright. And so, began seeking out individuals that actually had manufacturing experience, and I don't mean swept chips off the floor! We ONLY hire people for tech that are machinists with experience in CAD-CAM. Period. We wouldn't bother talking to anyone else. Therefore, you all can rest assure that when you're introduced to one of our trainers they are standing on solid ground right there with you. Every step of the way.
