From the looks of it, your kcam4 will not work with the MaxNC CL. The CL version of the MaxNC mills requires specific software. The only two that I know of is the one that comes with it (which I have and am not using any more-- PM me about it if you like), and Mach3 from Artsoft (
www.machsupport.com). Artsoft has a config file for the CL you will need if you use the Mach software.
Mach3 will run 1000 lines of code in the free version.
