I think I'm confused. You said in your first post you wanted to email the geometry converted to an image. If you want to convert the geometry to a different type of geometry, i.e. DXF, DWG, IGES etc, then yes, File/Converters then select the type of file you want, (like DWG for Autocad)
If you want to convert the geometry to an image, then either do a screen capture, or use the Studio, Save BMP option.
If you want to convert 8 to 9, and you have 9.1, you can run the script in the
VB folder to batch convert, if you have 9.0 then you'll have to do it manually.. Open the file in version 9 by File/Get. At the bottom of the dialog, where it says Files of Type, select Mastercam Version 8, then save normally as version 9
