Nice looking mill! You are going to have fun with that!
Here's mine - it looked a LOT worse than yours prior to the re-build. The pic is after re-build but prior to CNC. It is now CNC'd. Oh -by the way - I was able to completely CNC it without drilling a single hole in the machine or altering the machine in any way, so it is possible in case you were wondering.
