minneral spirts for steal and hot water with a little bit of Dawn dish soap for every thing than wont rust ( brass, copper, AL ). If you are worried about rust after your steel parts are clean you can spray them with LPS 3, it comes in a arisoll can and you can find it at most hardware stores.
