In most computer enclosures, the fans blow outwards, creating somewhat of a vacuum inside the case, drawing cool air in through holes in the front. A dusty environment allows dust into the case through these holes because of the lower pressure inside the case. What I have done is run small flexible ducting from outside the dusty area with a fan on the case blowing inwards, creating higher pressure inside the case than out, thus preventing dust from entering while still providing airflow to cool the components.
