if you wanna go cheap, you could use mdf under the felt .. and just pockets .. i think the vp of the my old job bought one for the company ( to help lighten the mood as it was downsize time) .. it was not the full size but i think a 3/4 or 4 by 6 -- it worked .. after several weeks, it seemed the balls could have their own trajectory ( like a putting green) when rolling slowly .. so i think even the mdf was subject to some warpage ... |
