Some people will probably tell you they use a 400Mhz PC, but you really should get something over 1Ghz, or better yet 2+Ghz. As Mach is constantly evolving, the CPU Requirements are slowly increasing as well. You can get 1Ghz PC's on Ebay for about $50.
