Any of you having trouble with the end mills you're getting back from your grinder. Maybe I can help you to explain to him what the problem is. Or what it is that you want the tool to do that is out of the ordinary. If you want it to cut something specific, you need to let the grinder know that. If you're not quite sure what you want, maybe I can put you in the right direction. Maybe a specific type of end mill would work better.
