Thanks for that Plastic, I'm currently Designing/building a stand for my soon to arrive Tormach. The basic principles of the design are easy. Contain coolant and manage chips, but the input of experience is needed for the practicalities. It would be most useful if you could spend a couple of minutes to itemise a hit list of the actual practicalities. I will be working in mostly aluminium and some steel.
