I don't have a Fanuc 18 manual, but if it is anything like their other manuals, it will have a "troubleshooting" chart that will lead your through it. This is the "Maintenance" manual not the operators manual.
Looking at the one for an O series, and it could be a simple as a blown fuse / tripped circuit breaker, poor cable connection to the servo driver card, a bad card, or trouble with the servo motor itself.
Hope it is a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker.
