Years ago, before McMaster had a warehouse in Cleveland, I ordered a blender (special concrete mixer) in the afternoon. I got it the next morning via motor freight! McMaster really aggrivates me when a shipment comes in two packages from the same place and then they double bill me on the shipping. They're so big they can't route a single shipment to the same packing station? |
