I recently completed a BP clone CNC, Mach3, Geckos, giant Nema 42 steppers that were on the machine when I bought it with a missing controller.
Here's the first part that really used CNC for something I couldn't have done on a manual machine, a rocket nose cone for my son's science project, using the mill like a lathe.
Its funny, it looks better in real life, for the some reason the picture makes the machining marks look less regular than they really are (yeah right, but at least I believe it).
