Try searching regedit for
SnapToDefaultButton
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE| SOFTWARE| MICROSOFT| WINDOWS NT| INIFILEMAPPING| WIN.INI| WINDOWS
There is a bunch of stuff in there to do with mouse.
