The VerdiMax Multipart Work Holding System, MV16, has been in use in commercial and defense machining for over 20 years.

-16-position work holding fixture. Can hold 16 individual pieces OR four lengths of bar stock up to 28" long for strip milling.

-8 independent, double-locking vises, accurate to within .0005".

-Multiple part loading ----> less handling, fewer tool changes and minimum downtime. Long-run jobs can easily run through the evening and require no attention.

-Flexible clamping system - Pre-drilled holes to align with T-slots, elongated hold down slots to fit multiple table sizes, rigid construction with a hardened base plate for maximum durability.

Jaws:

-Each of the 16 positions open to a width of 3.25"
-6" long jaws.
-Solid and movable jaws are easily replaced, if necessary.

-Soft jaws also available

Base Plate Dimensions: 20 1/4" x 28 1/4" x 1.7"
